GENERAL
Is Daily AI free?
Yes. Goals, daily check-ins, reminders, your score and celebrations are free, for as long as you like. The AI Coach is part of Daily AI Pro, with a 7-day free trial.
Is there an iPhone app?
Not yet. Daily AI runs on Android and on the web. The iPhone app is next.
Does it work without internet?
Checking in works offline. Your goals sync when you are back online. The AI Coach needs a connection.
GETTING STARTED
How do I start?
Install Daily AI, sign in with your Google account, and either plan your first goal with the AI Coach or add one yourself: give it a name, decide what a good day looks like, and pick its days.
Can I use Daily AI on my computer too?
Yes. Open the web app and sign in with the same Google account. Your goals and check-ins are the same everywhere.
REMINDERS AND NOTIFICATIONS
My reminders don’t arrive
1. In Daily AI: Settings › Notifications, check the reminder is on. 2. On the phone: Settings › Apps › Daily AI › Notifications, turn them on. 3. Some phones (Xiaomi, Samsung, OnePlus) stop apps in the background to save battery. In Settings › Apps › Daily AI › Battery, choose Unrestricted.
Can I change the reminder time?
Yes, for each goal: open the goal and change its reminder. Or set one daily reminder in Settings › Notifications.
How many notifications will I get?
Your goal reminders at the times you set, plus at most one other notification a day (a gentle nudge or a coach check-in). Never ads.
THE AI COACH
What does the AI Coach do?
It plans goals with you, writes a short briefing each morning, checks in on your plans, helps after misses and explains patterns in your check-ins. Nothing in your plan changes unless you approve it.
The coach says it’s resting
The coach has a daily and a monthly fair-use limit. When you reach one, it tells you when it’s back. Your goals, check-ins and plans keep working in the meantime.
What does the coach see? Do my chats train AI?
What you write to it and what it needs to help: your goals, check-ins and plans. Never your name or email. Your chats are not used to train AI models.
The coach said something wrong
Tap the flag under that reply to report it. We read every report. The coach can make mistakes and is not a doctor or therapist, so treat its advice as suggestions.
What does the coach remember about me?
Short notes like “prefers mornings”. See and delete them in Settings › AI Coach › What the coach remembers, or turn notes off.
PRO AND PAYMENTS
How do I cancel Pro?
On Android: open Google Play › your profile picture › Payments and subscriptions › Subscriptions › Daily AI › Cancel. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.
I paid but Pro isn’t on
In the app: Settings › Daily AI Pro › Restore purchase. Make sure you’re signed in to Google Play with the account you paid with.
YOUR DATA
My goals aren’t on my other device
Make sure both are signed in with the same Google account and online. Daily AI syncs by itself, usually within seconds.
Can I download my data?
Yes. In the app: Settings › AI Coach › Export data. You get a file you can open in Excel or Google Sheets.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings › Delete account. Can’t open the app? See the Delete your account page.
